1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
3. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

I am a recent convert to Nordic Ware and I love love them. Much more variety than amazon and bought direct from Nordic Ware and paid import duty – based in the UK- the pans are worth every penny, cannot wait to make my mini angel cakes. Thank you Nordic Ware.
