1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating on your pan.
3. Before each use, brush with solid vegetable shortening and dust with flour or cocoa, or use baking spray with flour in it.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

A SWEET little pan for small cakes of any kind! It is of good quality & I am so happy I purchased it for those smaller cakes!

This was a replacement for one purchased just under two years ago. The old pan was very easy to use/non stick coating worked every time/easy clean up. The old pan locking mechanism loosened. Customer Service immediately replaced. Every customer service experience should be what this one was. I expect the new pan to be as good as the old.

bought it because I needed a small size to fit in my pressure cooker and no one else but one cheap place sold them this size and it fit and people recommended this one..used it once and it worked very well no leaks..made a cake..I did put parchment paper on bottom..the only thing I dont like is its not ceramic and its a non stick coating that will wear off quickly and the edges after washed collect water and so you have to make sure to flip it while drying and wipe in cracks or it will rust out, thats why I gave it a 4 and not a 5 the coating
