Use & Care
Use:
- This multi-use 7″ springform pan comes with 3 decorative embossed discs. Use springform pan for it’s typical uses such as cheesecakes, cakes, ice cream molds, etc.
- If using the star or heart discs, these will emboss the design on the bottom of the dessert. To unmold the designs, remove the springform ring first and then flip onto a platter so the design is on the top. Carefully remove the disc to reveal design.
Care:
- Hand wash with warm, soapy water.
- Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating on your pan.
- Before each use, brush with solid vegetable shortening and dust with flour or cocoa, or use baking spray with flour in it.
- Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces
