Use & Care

Use:

  • This multi-use 7″ springform pan comes with 3 decorative embossed discs. Use springform pan for it’s typical uses such as cheesecakes, cakes, ice cream molds, etc.
  • If using the star or heart discs, these will emboss the design on the bottom of the dessert. To unmold the designs, remove the springform ring first and then flip onto a platter so the design is on the top. Carefully remove the disc to reveal design.

Care:

  1. Hand wash with warm, soapy water.
  2. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating on your pan.
  3. Before each use, brush with solid vegetable shortening and dust with flour or cocoa, or use baking spray with flour in it.
  4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces
