1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur due to the cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.
3. Natural aluminum pans work well with parchment paper, silicone baking mats, and also traditional butter or shortening and flour methods. When roasting savory foods such as vegetables, butter or cooking oil work well.
4. Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended. Metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch natural aluminum pans, but will not affect baking performance.

THE COOKIE SHEETS, ARE NOT WHAT YOU SAY, EVERYTHING STICK, I USED LOTS OF BUTTER, AND EVERYTHING STILL STICKS. A WASTE OF MY MONEY.

Just received my new pans and i do feel they are good quality but stop with the glue on the quarter pans and just ship them without the sticky cardboard insert and directions on back..i wash the pans and cant get off the glue residue and i think for the quality of the pan..i wldnt adhere a piece of cardboard telling u directions in how to use..just send individually in a brown box and just call it a day 😉

After years of using cooking sheets that would simply not last, I finally found the one! It’s durable, easy to clean and doesn’t rust.

Like its larger brother, same quality product. Sturdy, does not warp. Remember like many aluminum products hand wash.

The quarter sheet pans are the most used pans in my collection. I’ve had them only a short time, but they are the go-to pan for baking, roasting, and almost any activity in the kitchen. They cook evenly and consistently and clean up very easily. These pans will be used often for years to come.

No Amazon in the middle…buying direct from Nordicware is the way to go for me.

I use the pan almost daily. They are perfect for my Smart Oven also for roasting several different foods at the same time. I am going to try a sheet cake recipe layered in these two pans and then put filling in-between the layers.

I bought 2 nordicware pans about 3 years ago, and recently bought more because we were using them so much we were running out. They are beautiful, durable, light, and look the same as the day I bought them. There are a few minor scratches from normal wear and tear but I expect these pans will last us decades. Don’t hesitate; just but them!

These pans are the perfect size for small batch baking and for roasting vegetables. The size allows for multiple pans in the oven, which helps when you are using different amounts of baking time.

Great size for our toaster/convection oven. Have used it for heating pizza, “frying” bacon, “frying” tofu, making cookies and more. Easy to hand wash.

I use these for my bagels and breads. I accidentally bought a Chinese knockoff when I needed another and the Nordic Ware quality is much better. I will buy more if/when I open my bake shop.
