1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

GREAT Pan. Just got it, had to bake it right away for a family barbecue (used Coconut Pound Castle Cake — with some white chocolate thrown in). Came out great in both senses — was absolutely delicious and slipped right out of they pan. Used a white chocolate cream cheese icing, that I left a little thin, though not quite what I’d call pourable, that I piled on the top and let drip (slowly) down the sides and topped with some coconut so the beautiful detail of the cake was visible. The result was beautiful and delicious and I was immediately asked if I could do it again for a bridal shower.

My husband recently had major surgery. He received the most professional and dedicated care a family could ever ask for.
I thought to myself in what way could I possibly show them the love and respect our family has for all that they do for so many.
When I saw this beautifully made bundt pan I knew that it was true perfection just like a cathedral. These wonderful and truly amazing people deserve the best.
There wasn’t a dry eye among them.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for someone who loves baking. The design is beautiful and I can tell quality is very high. It is nice and heavy so it should hold up for a lifetime. I am excited to give this gift!

This is my second Nordic Ware bundt cake which I have used for about 50 years. Just decided to replace it since the inside coating has become scarred but still works. New pan is excellent. I especially love the way it releases from the cake pan so easily. I do want to get a bigger one like my original pan since my sour cream coffee cake is devoured quite quickly.

The cake was beautiful. No trouble releasing the cake even with all the nooks also cleaned up well. Only wish Nordic would put the cup capacity on the pans so I could remember which pan holds which capacity.
