1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

This pan is absolutely breathtaking. Makes for a beautiful presentation for entertaining and as you would expect from nordicware perfect release every.time. Stunning.

Received my Jubilee from my grandson for Christmas…So far only one Cake, but what a beautiful Extreme Lemon Cake…added fresh raspberries in the “pockets” poured a lemon sugar glaze over the hot cake…it was wonderful and a Most Beautiful Cake

I recently purchased this and have only used it twice. Love this Bundt! Easy release, holds glazes and toppings beautifully, another win!

I am a publisher of two cake cookbooks and met a Nordicware representative when we were both appearing on the QVC Home Shopping Network back in November 2002. She sent me the Nordicware Rose Pan and I have bought quite Nordicware pans since then. I love baking cakes in all of them. I sent my grandson this Jubilee Bundt Pan. He has just started baking cakes and was excited to receive it.

I’ve been a fan of Nordic Ware bundt pans for a while now because they look so unique. All of my pans have been of excellent quality so far but unfortunately this time the coat inside the pan was already flaking when I received it. I’m used to better quality so I filled out a warranty claim form and sent some pictures as well. Thanks to excellent customer service the pan was replaced without further ado. Nordic Ware never lets you down! I have already bought 5 bundt pans here and I will always be excited for new outstanding designs.

On another note, the “Write a review” in not a good site… it’s unclear what one has to write in the spaces provided. For example, what does “Review Headline” mean??

Always yearned after this pan and ordered on amazon but got fed up waiting for item from them,cancelled order and went directly to Nordic Ware and was not disappointed,pan is well built, weighty and solid, will use for daughter’s birthday cake on Friday. She was excited also. Will always chec Nordic Ware first for all baking pans. I know they will last forever, a very good investment if you bake regularly.
