Use & Care

1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur due to the cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.
3. Natural aluminum pans work well with parchment paper, silicone baking mats, and also traditional butter or shortening and flour methods. When roasting savory foods such as vegetables, butter or cooking oil work well.
4. Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended. Metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch natural aluminum pans, but will not affect baking performance.
5. Aluminum is reactive to acidic ingredients such as vinegar and tomato products. These foods may darken, pit or corrode the pan after prolonged use.

    I chose these pans because they are made in America. I use smaller versions for successful cake baking. These are for feeding the dog. Having the food spread into a thin single layer is recommended to slow down the hungry hound and aid digestion. I appreciate knowing the beast isn’t eating off of Chinese plastic or low quality metal. I don’t worry about rust either.

    I bought the 13? cake pan originally to use as a water bath pan for baking cheese cakes, however it’s now my go to! I intended to be all fancy with on the layered cake game but since I’m always in a rush I ended up dumping the cake batter into this big pan and it’s really a party cake on its own. It’s got plenty of room to write or do a design and put a ton of candles on. It’s simplistic and extra. It takes up a full shelf in my oven and refrigerator. I love becoming a ‘big? fan! 😉

    These pans exceeded my expectations. Top quality craftsmanship. They worked perfectly. Great even bake. Super happy with my purchase.
