1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating on your pan.

    Finally! A springform pan that has a bottom that fits with the side. I just received the pan so haven’t had a chance to use but know that I will soon as it is Christmas time. I am pleased that it is so well made.

    Just purchased 2 more pans as I have had mine for many years and my cheesecakes always turn out perfect. This pan bakes cakes to perfection. I have tried other brands and cannot understand why the cakes bake differently — they don’t rise as much so when I saw these being available to Canadian purchasers, I immediately bought 2 more.

    Great design, no more leaking in the oven, red color is nice, perfect release.
