USE INSTRUCTIONS
- Pan is oven-safe to 500°F (260°C).
- Use of butter or baking spray can help with release of dough.
- For dough proofing, dust pan with flour, then place
dough in each well to rise. - Safe for use with nylon, wood, or silicone utensils and
scrub brushes. - Metal utensils and cleaning brushes will scratch the
surface of your pan and are not recommended;
however, scratches do not change the cooking
properties or safety of your pans, which are made to
last a lifetime.
CARE FOR YOUR PANS
- Natural aluminum pans will develop a patina with time and use; to brighten them up, try scrubbing with lemon juice, vinegar, cream of tartar or baking soda.
- Hand wash recommended with warm, soapy water.
- Automatic dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur from detergent reacting with aluminum. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.
