Construction

The Nordic Ware Cardamom Loaf Pan is made from cast aluminum for even heat distribution across the pan. Integrated handles provide a convenient grip for moving the pan in and out of the oven. The cast aluminum construction is suited for baking banana bread, pound cake, quick breads, and other favorite loaf recipes.

Nonstick Performance

A double layer ceramic nonstick coating helps baked goods release easily from the pan while preserving the detailed shape of each loaf. The smooth nonstick interior also helps simplify cleanup after baking.

Intricate Design

The 6 cup Cardamom Loaf Pan features a rectangular shape with decorative ridges that create definition across the surface of baked goods. Use silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils to help protect the nonstick surface.

Hand wash with warm soapy water and a soft cloth or brush that is safe for nonstick coating.
Abrasive pads and cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces as they will diminish the nonstick release.
Extended soaking is not recommended or necessary; for stubborn baked-on food, soak in hot soapy water for 15 minutes, then rinse.
Ceramic nonstick performs best with a light coating of butter or cooking oil. Food will brown and crisp and clean up becomes simpler.
If baking brownies or a sheet cake, we recommend buttering & flouring the pan as you would do with any other recipe.
We recommend silicone, nylon, and wooden utensils for use with this pan to protect the nonstick surface. Metal utensils can damage the nonstick coating.
