Use & Care
- Pan is oven-safe to 425° F (218° C).
- Hand wash with warm soapy water and a soft cloth or brush that is safe for nonstick coating.
- Abrasive pads and cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces as they will diminish the nonstick release.
- Extended soaking is not recommended or necessary; for stubborn baked-on food, soak in hot soapy water for 15 minutes, then rinse.
- Ceramic nonstick performs best with a light coating of butter or cooking oil. Food will brown and crisp and clean up becomes simpler.
- If baking brownies or a sheet cake, we recommend buttering & flouring the pan as you would do with any other recipe.
- We recommend silicone, nylon, and wooden utensils for use with this pan to protect the nonstick surface. Metal utensils can damage the nonstick coating.
