Shipping Exclusions:
- We do not ship to APO addresses
- We currently do ship to the following locations, but are excluded from free shipping discount: Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Island. Shipping rates will be reflected in checkout.
Shipping and Order Processing:
Most orders placed on nordicware.com ship within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders of $85 or more qualify for free ground shipping and typically deliver within 5-7 business days. Customers may select from available Falt Rate, UPS, or FedEx shipping options at checkout for orders under $85. Orders ship from Minneapolis, MN fulfillment center and delivery times will vary depending on location of ship to address.
Expedited Shipping:
Two-Day Shipping is available for USA continental orders only. Orders must be placed by 2:00 pm CST to be processed and shipped within 2 Business Days. See our FAQ page for more information.
Orders over $250:
To ensure the safe and secure delivery of your purchases all orders over $250 may now require a signature upon delivery. This added layer of security is designed to protect your valuable items and provide you with peace of mind. Rest assured, this added layer of security comes at no extra cost to you. Our goal is to enhance your shopping experience without any additional cost or inconvenience.
Order Cancellations:
Please note we are unable to modify or change your order once it has been placed. If a change is needed you will need to cancel the order and create a new order.
Once an order has been placed you will have approximately 30 minutes to cancel the order. We pride ourselves on getting your order packed and shipped as soon as possible. If there is an issue with the shipping address, we may be able to help. Please contact Customer Service for assistance.
