Peanut Butter Banana Bundt® Mug Cake

Easy peanut butter banana mug cake cake dessert made in the microwave in just seconds! A healthy, gluten free dessert idea made in our Micro Mini Bundt® Pans for all the mug-cake-lovers!
Ingredients
- 1 medium ripe banana, mashed
- 2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
Directions
Mix banana, peanut butter, vanilla, egg, baking soda, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Fold in mini chocolate chips. Prepare one Micro Mini Bundt Pan with baking spray containing flour. Pour batter into pan and microwave on high for 70-80 seconds (time may vary depending on microwave used so add more time if necessary). Let cake cool in pan for 1 minute before inverting onto a plate or enjoy inside mold. Top with whipped cream, banana slices, and cinnamon. Makes one micro mini Bundt cake.
