Use & Care

1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

    I love using this pan! I have made many different small recipes that contain ricotta cheese, yogurt or sour cream. It is a perfect size pan for a dinner party.

    I’ve a many different fruit cakes they come out perfectly but I use a double batch of my mix on this pan.

    It’s not a Bundt Pan but its a fantastic cake pan nonetheless. I have used this pan several times to make snowflake cakes with different recipes each time and it always releases cleanly and easily and the pattern comes out perfect. A simple glaze really brings out the fine detail on the snowflake itself but powdered sugar is fine too.

    I bought my Nordicware snowflake pan several years ago. It’s truly a beautiful cake. Cleaning it is crucial if you want stick free cake release. I found a few tools around the house to help. No scouting pads. Soak the pan to soften any cake residue. I use a common pastry brush to reach into all the sharp angled moons & crannies. Even a soft toothbrush dedicated to this kind of bakeware for no scratches & easy cleaning. The cake makes itself once you pour it into the pan. The recipe I used for Almond Snowflake cake was perfect. No batter drips in oven. I bake them during winter for Christmas and snow days and give them away as gifts. Best bakeware I’ve ever purchased. It’s my favorite pan. Will have to try other recipes as others have done.

    Had this pan for a while used it today for the 1st time for a special birthday cake- turned out great thanks to tips/ reviews! I used butter and dusted with regular flower- easy clean up- my new favourite pan! Makes beautiful cakes and as other said, love the beautiful portions!

    This pan is so easy to use. I love the 6 cup cake size as it’s perfect for a small family. I also like that this can be used as a pull apart cake pan.I have made the recipe that came with the pan and today I made a fudge cake. Both were gorgeous and they show the details of the design very well. No sticking. !

    I’m obsessed with snow, and this pan features a beautiful, intricate snowflake. I made the suggested almond brown butter cake in it the first time. The cake was divine, but the pan, which holds 6 cups, could not accommodate the cake during cooking without it dripping into the oven. Batter dripped into my oven. The pan is wonderful. The recipe is wonderful. However, Nordic Ware needs to tweak the accompanying recipe for the 6 cup pan. I highly recommend the beautiful pan!

    I have many Nordicware bundt pans & this is one of my favorites! I’ve never had any issues with sticking, just make sure you use the spray with flour & cover all the little nooks & crannies. The cakes are especially great on Christmas dessert tables, very pretty & festive.

    I just love this pan. I first got it when my daughter got married. She was married 2 days after Christmas and I made everything on the sweet table. I did 2 of these cakes and it was a beautiful addition to the table. Every holiday I now remember how beautiful the table was every time I bake this cake.

    This pan makes a cake that is fairly small, beautifully detailed but easy to release, and very versatile. It bakes perfectly and sits flat with 4 cups of batter. I even have succeeded in torting and filling it without disturbing the design.

    The highly detailed snowflake pan produced a lovely powdered sugar dusted birthday cake for my son-in-law. I used the fall-themed cakelette pan for small cakes to pack in gift boxes. Both pans performed perfectly — the detail was really nice and the pans were easy to clean. The vintage bundt pan is essential for my Christmas centerpiece, a Southern-style poke cake (use a wooden skewer to poke holes all over cake and pour glaze over it. Turn out once the glaze is absorbed. Add a light dusting of sanding sugar if desired). I feel like I have discovered a treasure trove of baking products. I look forward to ordering more of your pans and using your recipe suggestions.

    This is a wonderful pan…

    I make a holiday dessert with this, pumpkin bread mix with cranberries and nuts added. Comes out fabulously dusted with powder sugar.
