This bread is incredible! The perfect blend of spices at just the right intensity, and it baked up both moist on the inside and a little crispy on the outside, which I love. My family really enjoyed it! It was super easy to make too. The recipe instructions call for mixing the batter with a stand mixer, but I don’t have one of those, and even with just using a spoon it came together so easily and quickly. I made this mix using one of Nordic Ware’s autumn loaf pans (similar to the one pictured), and it popped right out and showed the beautiful design perfectly. Highly recommend this bread; it’s so good!

I made this Pumpkin Spice cake using the pan that is pictured on the box. It was moist and delicious and came out of the pan easily. I was thrilled since I am not a person who bakes much and have had some frustration with past attempts at baking cakes. I highly recommend this cake mix. It is not cheap, but definitely worth the price.
