Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
Dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur due to the cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.
Natural aluminum pans work well with parchment paper, and also traditional butter or shortening and flour methods. When roasting savory foods such as vegetables, butter or cooking oil work well.
Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended. Metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch natural aluminum pans, but will not affect baking performance.
Aluminum is reactive to acidic ingredients such as vinegar and tomato products. These foods may darken, pit or corrode the pan after prolonged use.
For best results in a countertop or toaster oven, ensure that oven shelf is in the middle or lower position. Pans are oven safe to 5OO°F / 26O°C; nonstick rack safe to 4OO°F / 2O4°C.
Muffin papers may be used; alternately, grease the pan with baking spray containing flour or traditional butter for best results.
Plastic lid is for storage use only—not oven safe.

Perfectly fits my toaster oven. Also have the 5 X 9 aluminum tray pans. Many restaurants use these for burger & fries orders.

Perfect size and great price. Broiling pan perfect for 2 burgers without breaking out a full size broiler pan. Cupcake pan good for batches that won’t fit in my 12 well pan, and will fit in the oven at the same time. Love aluminum even if I do have to hand wash to preserve the shine. Stores very compactly, although I was hoping the lid would snap down over everything.

This set is fantastic for single or two portions. I love that the plastic lid fits the pieces in this set for easy transport. Usually I have a hard time finding anything in a smaller size, and with the lid, I can take small treats to neighbors. Thank you for combining everything into a set. It fits my Breville countertop oven well, and the quality is just like all the other Naturals pans. I found mini pans from other companies, but they cost almost twice as much as this 5 piece set for only 2 baking dishes. Theis set is priced well. So glad these are made in the USA.
