Thermally speaking, this tent lets you position thicker parts of food nearer to the grill, while angling thinner portions upward and away from the heat source to cook at a slower rate. Made of heavy duty brushed stainless steel for a lifetime of rust-free use. The surface is perforated to allow smoke and heat to reach your food for optimal flavor.
