What makes Nordic Ware stock pots different from others on the market?

Nordic Ware pans are made from durable, rust-resistant aluminized steel. Crafted in the USA and built to last for years, even with regular use.

Are these stock pots nonstick?

Yes, our Verde stock pots feature a 3-layer ceramic nonstick surface that provides easy food release and faster cleanup. Just keep in mind—nonstick doesn’t mean no care: use utensils that are gentle on the surface to keep it performing well over time.

What sizes are available, and how do I choose the right one?

The Verde collection comes in 8, 12, 16, and 20-quart sizes. Choose based on how much you typically cook. For everyday soups or pasta, 8–12 quarts is plenty. For larger families, gatherings, or seafood boils, 16–20 quarts offers more capacity.

Are lids included with the stock pots?

Yes, each stock pot comes with a matching lid that fits securely to retain moisture and heat. We also offer separate replacement covers for common sizes, in case you need an extra or a backup.

How should I clean and care for my stock pot?

Hand wash with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge to protect the ceramic coating. Avoid metal utensils, high heat, and abrasive cleaners—those can wear down the nonstick layer over time.
