1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash in warm soapy water.
2. Extended soaking of rack in water is not recommended.
3. Use a soft-bristled nylon or plastic scrub brush to clean your pan and rack
4. Dishwasher use is not recommended and may discolor the aluminum base pan, but will not affect cooking performance.
5. Metal utensils and scouring pads will scratch both the pan and rack and are not recommended.
6. Nonstick rack and pan are oven-safe to 400° F.”

This is such a nice large tray with the grid. I use it to roast vegetables mostly but it would easily roast a chicken

I love this pan and have used it to bake a large batch of cookies. Was wondering if I can bake a sheet cake in this pan?

Hello, Yes, you could also use this pan for sheet cakes. The base of the Extra Large Oven Crisp Baking Tray is the same as our Big Batch Pan.

Love this product. Always bake entire 2 pounds of bacon as soon as I get it home. This tray cut the time in half from using a smaller rimmed baking sheet. Great for doing holiday appetizers all at once.

one of my favorite pans ! prefect for baking chicken parts to put in my soup or for a meal. Easy clean up with a nonstick rack and deep tray so no more over flowing to the bottom of the oven .

We are finding this pan to be so useful for making bacon as well as large batches of roasted veggies. It is easy to clean and so far is holding up great. Especially love that it’s made in the US- that is very important to us!

Large durable pan I will have it for years

This is a very large and very sturdy tray & rack. I have used it once so far for baking a pound of bacon and it worked great. I lined the tray with heavy duty foil for easy clean-up and sprayed Pam on the grill before I placed the bacon on top of the grill. I love this tray & rack and am so glad I purchased it. It is of exceptional quality and I’m sure it will last for years.
