Use & Care

1. Before first time use and after subsequent uses, hand wash in warm, soapy water.
2. Not dishwasher safe. Never use harsh abrasives or steel wool.
3. To remove baked on foods, soak and use a scouring pad safe for nonstick surfaces.
4. This pan may be used in gas or electric ovens up to 450°F, and is safe for use on gas, electric, ceramic and induction stovetops over low heat for making gravy.
5. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.
6. Large enough to fit a 25 pound turkey.

    I love my Nordiware, Cooks food evenly and love that it is made in the USA.

    We owed our Roaster for more than 20+ yrs. my husband scratched it up by cutting the Turkey on it. I was devastated. I searched everywhere. You can’t get a roaster this big anywhere. Especially with the rack included. To my surprise I found Nordicware was still selling them. I was beyond excited. We cook a 26l lb Turkey a few times a year for my big family. This roaster is perfect!! To top it off they sell it in copper now.

    I have a large family all with spouses. We get a 26 lb Turkey 2x a year. This the perfect roaster. I was crushed when we had to finally replace our old one. You can not find a roaster this big & with rack anywhere. This is a high quality product. I lost count how many umpteen years we had it. The coating scratched off ours from all the years of use from me and abuse from my husband cutting the Turkey on it instead of moving it off the rack 1st, otherwise it would still be in use. Buy, Buy, Buy. It’s worth every penny. I’m excited it comes in copper now.

    Make sure to check your cupboard size before ordering this. It is exactly what we wanted, but we had to move stuff around … it is so pretty I think we’ll have to build something to display it all the time!
