1. Before initial use, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Tips are dishwasher safe

Steps:
1. Using scissors, trim approximately 1 inch from the pointed closed end of the disposable plastic bag so that the inner coupler ring will come to the edge of the bag when inserted.
2. Insert inner coupler ring inside of bag. Select the metal decorating tip you wish to use and insert into outer coupler. Join the outer coupler to the inner coupler and twist to tighten the two together.
3. Remove the pen’s handle from its snap-in ﬁtting and set aside. Fill bag with approximately ½ cup frosting. Twist the top of the bag several times to seal the frosting into the bag. Insert decorating tip end through the hole in the pen base. Slide the twisted portion of the bag into the locking slot on the pen base. This will keep frosting from leaking out of the bag during use.
4. Snap pen’s handle back into place. The E-Z Deco Pen is ready to use! Tips can be changed out as desired on the same bag of frosting.

Fantastic icing pen, the best on the market. Very well made, easy to grip and use – I’ve bought more for family members. Arrived in a very nice box too.
