1. Before initial use, wash with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly.
2. Do not soak or wash in dishwasher as wood can crack or warp.
3. Dough scraper has a functionally sharp edge; use caution.

Purchased this dough scraper a few weeks ago and I’ve used 3-4 times since. Each time I’ve hand-washed with warm soapy water as instructed (I did not soak it). This morning, the blade separated from the handle and will no longer stay secured. The product is aesthetically pleasing, but functionally, I would not recommend it.

Wow. Im impressed. This is hard to find in local stores. Well made. Now i will look for this brand for my needs. Should have bought two.

This dough scraper has a very solid and well made feel while holding it. The scraper part has a nice fine edge that is perfect for handling dough or just scraping off the counters. It also feels very ergonomic to hold. Would recommend.
