Use & Care

1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. For storage and display use only. Not for oven use.
3. To lock cake keeper, place lid on top of base.
4. Holding firmly, twist lid clockwise until it clicks into locked position.
5. Let baked goods cool completely before placing on cake keeper base.
6. Cutting cake on cake keeper base will result in scratches and is not recommended unless using a plastic knife blade.

    So glad I chose this keeper. The lid locks securely, it’s super durable, its tough and the color let’s the contents shine. I use it for everything, including the occasional weekend donuts.

    I love this product and have used it more than once.

    I got my bundt cake pan and keeper set over 15 years ago, still looks and works great. I would say I was an inexperienced baker when I started with the set, but using a simple, boxed, cake mix and a fancy bundt pan was an easy way to build my confidence and be able to bring a pretty dessert to family dinners as a newlywed. I agree with another poster who said I would support the bottom of this carrier when transporting my dessert and not just use the handle on top in case it would twist and unattach from the bottom. Love nordic ware and love that it’s local to where I live, and I try to purchase from nordic ware every Christmas to support a local business and expand my baking collection.

    This is a must have if you make bundt cakes. Keeps cakes fresh and keeps your cream cheese frosting on your cake and not on your plastic wrap. Great addition to anyone’s kitchen. Nordic Ware quality shines with this product. Would recommend!

    I love that this is clear so you can really see the cake within. It is such a nice presentation, but not quite as good at keeping fresh as my Tupperware…..but I do love it…..I would recommend placing the cake on a plate as I work about knife marks when cutting. Just my way of keeping it nice for a long time…Love it

    Overall I really love this cake saver. It fits my classic bundts perfectly, and I’ve also put other (regular, non-bundt) cakes in here. I like that the lid locks in place a bit, but I would never feel comfortable carrying this by the handle on top – it would be too easy for the top to come undone and the cake to fall out. So whenever i bring in cakes to work, I always have to carry this by the bottom which is a little annoying but worth it to ensure my baked goods arrive in one piece.

    I love this product. I own one and I just purchased one for my mother. It is so convenient to use to store any type of baked goods. Crumbs stay on plate, lid is easy to get on/off, is durable, and it looks nice.

    I own two of the Bundt Cake Keepers, they are an excellent product.

    I love this keeper! It looks so much nicer than my other ones. The old ones are going to be donated very soon. This keeper is sturdy and strong and looks really nice. Love it! The best part – made in the USA!!!!
