What items do you NOT ship internationally?
Nordic Ware offers international shipping on most items. However, some of our items are not eligible to ship due to international regulations. These items include our Baker's Joy Baking Spray, Bundt Cake Mixes, Quickbread Mixes, Dog Treat Mixes and Kettle Smokers.
What happens if I receive a damaged item?
If you receive a damaged item please take a photo of the damaged item and email email@example.com. We will review your inquiry and send you a replacement product if deemed necessary, at our sole discretion.
What happens if I receive the wrong item in my order?
If you receive a wrong item in your order please take a photo of the incorrect item and email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # along with the item name and number of the product you didn't receive. We will review your inquiry and ship the correct product if deemed necessary.
What if your return policy for international orders?
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please email email@example.com and we'll provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped, along with the amount you will be refunded. Refund amounts will be credited to your account in the same currency and exchange rate as your original order. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please note: shipping fees are not refunded for any returns.

Can I return an item?
Nordic Ware items may be shipped back to us by mail at your own expense. We will credit or refund you for the amount you paid for the product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 877-466-7342 and we will provide you with more information and next steps. Please do not contact us via Facebook with return or warranty issues; use the email and phone number provided above.
What is the delivery timeframe for my international order?
Most in-stock items generally ship from our Minnesota based warehouse within 2 business days. Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination. A more accurate estimate for when your order will arrive will be provided during checkout.
What are the international shipping rates?
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. They are based on a number of variable factors including service level (standard/express), the weight of the item, and the destination.
International Payment and Pricing
What payment options do I have for international orders?
Currently we accept payment through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal in most countries.
What currency can I pay in?
We support currencies for the international shipping countries we currently ship too. The currency conversion for the country the order is being placed in will be reflected in the cart.
When will I be billed?
Your credit card will go through the authorization process at the time you place your online order. If the credit card fails during the authorization process you will be notified immediately. If the payment is accepted your credit card will be charged at that time.
How much duty and taxes are charged?
Duty is set by the country the order is being sent too. It is determined by the country of origin or manufacturing of the items being purchased and the harmonized codes the items are classified under. VAT rates are also set by the country. As the international customer, you are the importer of record.
Can I change or cancel my international order?

Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?
There will not be any additional costs upon delivery of your order. Duties, Taxes and Shipping fees are all applied during the placement of your order.
