USE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm,
soapy water.
2. For microwave and storage use only.
3. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may discolor the product.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. The use of oil is optional, but not necessary with our popcorn popper.
If using oil, place 1-2 Tbsp of oil into the base of the popper.
2. Place ½ cup of popcorn kernels into the base of the popper.
3. Place lid on the bowl.
4. Cook on HIGH in the microwave for approximately 2:15-2:45 minutes.
Cook time will vary depending on the microwave. Cooking is complete
when the rate of popping slows down to 1-2 seconds between popping.
Do not overcook or popcorn will burn.
5. Remove popper from oven. Use caution; bowl will be hot.
Allow popcorn popper to cool before repeated use. Do not try to re-pop
unpopped kernels.
6. Add additional seasonings if desired and serve.

I loved mine, so I bought it as a gift for another popcorn lover. Nothing better than fresh popped. And you can easily make a small to large batch. Perfectly popped every time and minimal cleanup.

This really works. Super easy to use and does not leave a lot of kernels. Tip place in it not in the middle but off to the side. So quick makes it easier for me to eat more popcorn which is great because it is such a healthy snack.

I was looking for something simple and easy to clean, and this is perfect! I put a couple tablespoons of butter on the bottom and add 1/2 cup of the kernels, pop for about 3 minutes give or take. Dump into big bowl, salt and eat. Delicious!

I love the pro pop popper. I use it every morning. Put some seeds, oil, salt, pop it into the microwave. After 3-4 minutes I have fresh popcorn and a delicious smell in my house. It’s easy and clean and what can be better than fresh popcorn whenever you’re in the mood.

Quite frankly, I have never been able to have a 1/2 cup of kernels pop under five minutes. Even with that, there are a substantial amount of un-popped kernels. Oil or dry yields the same results. Any suggestions?

I bought my popper a few years ago. One of the things that attracted me to this popper was that it is made in the USA. This popper is awesome. Makes great popcorn every time. My only complaint is that the lid is next to impossible to get off. It’s hard to grab, and I usually resort to grabbing the sides with potholders.

This works wonderfully and is so much better than using those expensive packets of popcorn with questionable ingredients . We warm the bowl up first and then pop the corn . It’s terrific !

Beats the pan ,oil, fire way any day.

The last microwave popper we had was made in the PRC and was an abject failure.

This popper is far more robust and does not require the disposable “power concentrater” inserts!

I agree with the good ratings on the pro popper and the comments on the cover. It would seem like a easy fix to make the dimple on top deeper so it would be easier to grab the handle.

Bought one for my household love it so much I am giving my guy one for Christmas. Told my sis and she wants one for her Christmas gift. It really is a great popper and I love making popcorn in it – easy to clean, healthy and so yummy.

Used this popper several times now and it pops perfect every time. A lot better than the original one but it was good to.

The domed popcorn popper is great. It is so much better than the flat top Nordic Ware popper I previously owned. The ‘handle’ to take the hot top off is very, very small and it is difficult to get the top off when the popcorn is ready… even for my wife’s tiny hands.

I am back to buy another popper, to keep at the office. I bought one earlier this month for my house, and I am delighted to find that the popcorn it makes is crispier than the popcorn my old air-popper makes. The bowl is hot coming out of the microwave and its heat keeps the popcorn warm and crispy while I am eating it. Cleanup is easy, rinsing under the tap with a few wipes of a wet sponge. I have not tried popping with oil or butter, but I like that that is possible, for guests who may want oil or butter, which is a vast improvement over pouring butter over and soaking the popped popcorn, as the old air-popper required. This is an excellent popper, and I highly recommend it.

Love this popper!! Bought 2 additional as gifts. Used everyday to make popcorn for my students in summer school – never burned a batch!!

Love this popcorn popper!

Over 20 years ago I purchased the original Nordic popper. It finally gave up the ghost a couple of weeks ago. The lid warped and I wound up with more popcorn in the oven than in the popper. After over 20 years, it owes me nothing. I looked around for another popper and looked at Nordic Ware to see if they had anything new. I was going to buy another of the original, but saw the newer one. It is awesome! I love the rounded lid. It is so fast. It pops a bowl in a little over 2 minutes. I hope that this one holds up as well as the last one. Just shows you should stick with a good product when you find one.

I purchased this for my wife from a co-workers suggestion. We love it and can now break the microwave popcorn addiction. A little olive oil for us and we’re off and popping. PS, when they say top shelf dishwasher safe, don’t try the bottom by mistake. Trust me, it warps for sure.

I purchased the PRO POP POPPER several weeks ago directly from Nordicware. It is superior to hot air and hot oil popcorn poppers. Fewer unpopped kernels than other type of poppers. It is not necessary to add oil to kernels before popping.
