It's a high-sided half sheet, for pot-luck-sized portions of cakes, lasagna, or bars, with a black non-stick rack insert for making jerky, dried fruits, crisp fries, roasts, perfect oven-baked bacon, and more! Aluminum pan distributes heat quickly and evenly. It features premium non-stick inside & out for easy cleaning and a steel-reinforced rim for extra strength. The rack features easy-to-grip handles and doubles as a cooling grid for baked goods.

- Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash in warm, soapy water.
- Extended soaking of rack in water is not recommended.
- Use a soft-bristled nylon or plastic scrub brush to clean your pan and rack.
- Dishwasher use is not advised, as it will shorten the life of the nonstick coating on your pan and produce discoloration on exposed aluminum surfaces. However, this discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking.
- Metal utensils and scouring pads will scratch both the pan and rack and are not recommended.
- Nonstick rack and tray are oven-safe to 400° F (205° C).
