Steps:
1. Roll chilled dough with any ﬂat rolling pin.
2. Press the design onto the dough with the embossing rolling pin and carefully roll across dough to reveal design.
3. Cut cookies using simple cutters.

Care:
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, wash with warm, soapy water. Always dry before using.
2. A gentle brush (such as our Ultimate Bundt Cleaning Tool) or toothpick may be used to clean grooves.
3. As with any wood product, avoid dishwashers or soaking in water.

The embossing details on the rolling pin are deep so the imprint on the baked cookie can be clearly seen. I used the recipe that came with the product. Wonderful product. I would recommend it.
