    I received this for a Christmas gift and can’t wait to try a number of the recipes!

    I have a very old Nordicware Bundt recipe book that came with my first Nordicware bundt pan years ago: it is quite good and I have made great cakes using it, but I has no pictures. I am so glad to have this beautiful new book: each cake has a gorgeous picture and there are wonderful new recipes to try. In fact, I have purchased several new Nordicware Bundt pans to accomodate the variety of unique cakes. I am also giving a gift of this lovely book to my daughter in law, who is a fabulous baker…she will LOVE it!

    ANOTHER GREAT COOK BOOK! This one also has great pictures of the cakes! A MUST if you buy Bundt Pans!

    I love this cook book, because there is a picture of every cake on one side of page with recipe on opposite page. There is a section of tips and recipes for glazes and frostings. I baked the banana pecan cream cheese cake and it was yummy, but I don’t think the cream cheese filling added to the taste. I also made a browned butter frosting and that made the cake!

    I ordered both little Bundt cake cookbooks and I love them. They remind me to always thump the cake lightly on a towel to remove any air and taught me to set a timer for ten-minutes of cooling – the perfect sweet spot for removing the cake easily. I have two new pans –The beautiful Nordic Ware Crown and the little Heritage 6-cup pan. I have had perfect success with both. I wish I could post a picture. Molly K~

    Great looking book with a lot of great ideas

    I was overwhelmed with all of the bundt pan options on the NordicWare website for a friend’s upcoming birthday, and just decided on the Best of Bundt cookbook and a giftcard. My friend loved both and was happy to have the opportunity to pick her own pan!
