1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

Adorei essa forma e o bolo sai belíssimo ao desenformar. Tenho diversas formas Nordicware e essa eu recomendo.

I loved this pan and the cake comes out beautifully when unmolded. I have several Nordicware pans and I recommend this one.

I LOVE this Bundt pan design! I bought this a couple of weeks ago and have used it twice. By following the instructions in nordicware.com for preparing the pan, both times the cake came out perfect! My husband was even amazed as the pan has a very detailed design. I am now looking at the mini pans. Great product!

This makes a lovely presentation cake when it comes out of the pan. My cake cooked well and I had no problems with sticking.

This pan is a STUNNER! I just made a Fresh Strawberry Pound Cake and it popped right out with absolutely NO sticking. It’s GORGEOUS!! Once cooled, it cleans up like a breeze. My collection of Nordic Ware will continue to grow… I won’t buy anything else!

This pan is extremely well made definitely a superior product against anything else on the market. I have always loved you pans and own many. I wish when I was much younger that I could have afforded them. I love the collection that I have. I consider myself a pastry chef and have owned my own restaurant for many years. People always wanted to know where I bought my cakes from. They were truly amazed that they were actually speaking with the baker. If you are able to even buy one pan a year trust me you will never regret it. It’s like having the original kitchen aides. Once you used it you know the difference. My children thank since they have benefited from your beautiful pans!!!

I saw this on my wife’s wish list, which made it a no brainer birthday gift. I not only wanted to give her the pan but wanted to bake her birthday cake in it also. Whenever I try to make a cake in our other Bundt pan, half usually sticks during removal. I figured with all the detail that would probably happen with this pan. False! This thing is a rockstar. My chocolate, chocolate chip zucchini cake came out without any coaxing or persuasion. I also thought the detail would make it annoying to clean. Double False! It cleaned up so well that I repackaged it and wrapped it.

I’m a dismal failure when it comes to baking. But I was attracted to the pretty blossom design and ordered this bundt pan. I was expecting my usual half the cake stuck to the pan mess, but it came out of the pan perfectly.. Absolutely beautiful. I took a photo, I was so impressed. I can’t wait to show my creation off at Thanksgiving dinner. Yay Nordic Ware! Yay me!

I love Williams Sonoma and it is where I was first introduced to Nordic. Bought this pan and Williams Sonoma Gluten Free Meyer Lemon Citron Bundt Cake Mix. Also bought Bak-klene ZT bakery spray. Followed instructions and perfect results. I’m so very pleased. I also bought for my 12 year-old granddaughter and myself, the 4 heart cake pan and the day following her birthday she made the cakes and sent me a picture. Of course, Bak-klene was included with the cake pan and I went over how to care for her pan and that she will have it for many years.

I made a Chocolate Rum Cake in this pan. Using chocolate does NOT display the details of the pan, unless you dust powdered sugar over it. I am going to make the Lemon/Lavendar bundt cake next.
