This cheesy bread made in our Stadium Bundt is the perfect pre-game appetizer or game day food display for during your favorite sporting event. Enjoy as is or fill the middle with other snacks and appetizers as a fun way to serve to your friends and family.
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (or 1 garlic clove crushed)
- 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 1/4 cup olive oil or vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1- 12 oz bottle of pilsner beer (or beer of choice)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare Stadium Baking Pan with baking spray containing flour and evenly coat the details of the pan using a pastry brush.
In a large bowl, stir together dry ingredients and cheese until well blended. Using a mixer, blend eggs, oil, and milk. Add dry ingredients until fully incorporated. Slowly add beer, stirring after each addition- it will foam while pouring. Do not overmix.
Pour batter evenly into prepared pan, filling 3/4 full. Carefully tap pan on towel covered surface to settle batter and remove air bubbles. Bake for 35 – 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted into bread comes out clean. Cool bread in pan for 10-15 minutes then invert onto a cooling rack.

The bread was good with a flavorful topping because it wasn’t as flavorful as I expected. The bread was moist and firm.
