Lemon Zest Bundt Cake with Citrus Glaze

Perfect easy cake mix recipe for citrus lovers looking for a sweet and tangy dessert for the spring and summer season! This cake features our Lemon Zest Bundt Mix, sized to fit any 10 cup Bundt Pan or cake pan equivalent. Just add butter, milk, and eggs to the mix for a tasty Lemon Bundt Cake, topped with bright citrus glaze for the ultimate combo.

Ingredients

1 Box of Nordic Ware’s Lemon Zest Bundt® Cake Mix:

  • Mix packets
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3 eggs

Citrus Glaze:

  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp lemon zest (plus more if desired)

Directions

Prepare 10 Cup Bundt Pan with baking spray with flour and use a prastry brush to evenly coat the pan. Mix Lemon Zest Bundt Mix and bake according to package instructions. Cool cake completely.

For glaze, whisk all citrus glaze ingredients together in a bowl. For a slightly thinner glaze, add ½ tsp more lemon juice. Add more zest to taste if desired. Pour over cooled cake.
