Our Rosh Hashana guests oohed and aahed! Very east to use, cake popped right out because I used special spray with flour in it. I changed lemon cake recipe to use apricot preserves to stick two sides together and for glaze. Ordered candy bees from Amazon. Outstanding.

Made the Honey Lemon Beehive cake recipe for this pan and it came out flawlessly. The cake fell right out when you butter and dust it with flour as recommended. The quality of the pan is exceptional and now considering more nordicware for our household!

I have collected several Nordic Ware pans over the years. I have a bakery in Guasave, Sinaloa, Mexico and my pans get a lot of use. I have NEVER had ANY Nordic Ware pan disappoint! Yes, they ARE expensive, but it really DOES last a lifetime. I am 65 and have had some of my pans for many years. You can’t beat quality.

I gave this pan to my friend at work. She said she had some reservations about how it would perform. She said this is something she would have never bought for herself, but after she used it she loved it and made her first cake as a ” prototype ” and the people at work all adored it. She then made another one for her granddaughter’s birthday. She decorated it a lot more than the first. The cake popped right of the pan , did not stick. Cooked very evenly and was quite attractive even without any additional decorations. This is a high quality heavy duty pan. Would expect it to last generations.
