After decades of use, the lid to our Nordicware microwave popcorn popper had to be tossed out. The customer service at Nordicware was awesome! They provided me with replacement options and soon after, I receive a new lid. It fits perfectly and we are back in business with our popper – hopefully it will give us another several decades of delicious use. Thank you, Nordicware.

Have had the “classic popcorn popper” for years. Love it and used it so much that I needed a new lid (bowl remains in excellent condition). Nordic Ware responded very promptly to my inquiry about a replacement lid. Received the lid–fits perfectly. Thank you Nordic Ware

Received classic popper in February for my birthday. Loved the taste. After a few uses the lid warped and eventually would not stay on. In June ordered new lid and am now having same problem.
