Use & Care
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

Ability: IntermediateWith the leaves turning, and my mind turning to soups bubbling on the stove, I took this Corn Cake pan out to try it. I used the included recipe. I followed the instructions given about using flour spray, etc, and this little cakes popped right out of the pan. We had them with stew, and next up, with chili. The recipe is good, and having followed the directions included to treat the pan, etc, I had great luck. Plus, they're adorable. I did find that waiting to serve them until completely cooled, and even next day when they weren't as fresh, that they held together better. First time using a recipe is always a learning experience. This is a good one and I can't wait to use it again. Not sure what I did wrong though, because the recipe did not make 10 cakes. No doubt I filled them too full. Practice, practice practice!
