Use & Care
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

Ability: ExperiencedI used this for the first time 2 days ago. My cake came out wonderfully! I would recommend this pan in a heartbeat! If you want a stunning finish to a Halloween dinner this is what you need! You need to adjust your temp and baking times though. I have baked a lot and new I would have to make adjustments for the the shape of the pan. I also used a pound cake recipe to make sure the cake was sturdy enough. I am super satisfied with this cake pan. I will also look to Nordic Ware first from now on when I shop for new pans.
