Use & Care
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with hot soapy water.
2. Use moderate heat to obtain the most effective heating pattern on cooking surface. High heat can be damaging to the pan and stove.
3. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.
4. Always use adequate ventilation when cooking.

I love this grill as it isn’t huge and a good size for two. I usually clean my pans in the dishwasher and thought this was dishwasher safe…not! The coating has started coming off on the bottom side edge. I guess I learned my lesson and either need to hand wash my next one or find a dishwasher safe one.

I just bought my pan a few days ago from my local Walmart and grilled/seared boneless chicken in it twice this week. My family and I loved the taste but I was hoping for those grill lines in my meat like it is advertised. I haven’t tested it to see if it was really non-stick because I used olive oil; however, clean up was a breeze! Keep them coming Nordic Ware!

I remembered the Nordic Ware Brand from my youth as being a brand my grandmother favored.
I knew from the time I picked up this searing grill pan it was going home with me.
Its really heavy duty, especially for cookware at this price point.
Its non stick finish was indeed very non stick and cleaned up very easily with only hot water and a nylon brush.
On our gas range chicken grilled up nicely on a medium low to medium heat.

I wish I had bought this sooner! We use it at least once a week! It is just like grilling outdoors without the mosquitoes (although I do miss the grill taste). I’ve had no trouble making great grill marks, evenly cooking anything I’ve thrown on it, or cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend purchasing this product directly from NordicWare!

Bought ours at Costco, and it has the ribs are closer together than the model in the picture. The grill works splendidly. But because of the closely spaced ribs, it’s a bit of a nightmare to clean.
