Steam up to four 6-inch to 8-inch hot dogs and brats in a flash! Clear cover puts a lid on spatters and holds heat and moisture inside. Use water, beer, broth, or even cider for juicy, delicious results.
1. Press each hot dog down into spikes to puncture and secure. Add 1 tsp of water (or other liquid of choice) in each well for each hot dog. If only cooking 2 hot dogs, place hot dogs in outer most wells (not next to each other).
2. Close cover and place in microwave. We recommend placing cooker to one side of the of your microwave turntable to achieve even heating. For each hot dog, microwave on high for 20 seconds, up to 1 minute 20 seconds (4 hot dogs total). Use caution when removing cooker from microwave. An oven mitt may be necessary.
3. Let stand for 1 minute before serving.
