Use & Care

1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand
wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is
not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and
dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray
containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular
cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more
than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners
should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

    This mold worked perfectly with my spice almond cake recipe. The addition of almond flour in my recipe keeps the cake moist but not moist enough for the cake to stick to the mold.

    Made beautiful little houses. Followed the recipe that came with the pan, they came out perfect and delicious. Our children had so much fun decorating.

    The recipe that comes with the cake pan is incredibly tasty and turns into great little cottages. They’re so cute and make for easy decoration, so they make awesome holiday gifts. Cakes with a lot of moisture don’t hold up so well – if the recipe you’re using tends to crumble or is too soft, it’ll probably get stuck in the pan. When it does work, though, it’s my favorite holiday baking tool!

    I bought this pan for a fun project when visiting my grandchildren. I did a trial run using the recipe that came printed on its wrapper. I used Baker’s Joy spray and a pastry bush to grease the cavities thoroughly. It unmolded beautifully, I dusted ithem with powdered sugar and brought the cakes in for a treat at work. They were a hit and several asked for the recipe, Dense yet moist and a delicate orange flavor and conforming to every detail of the mold. I am an experienced cook but I would recommend this to a novice: if you can read and follow directions you can make this.

    I love this pan so chose to give it as a shower gift twice this spring. Both brides were thrilled and wait til they try it. It’s turns out an exquisite village in no time.

    Love this pan. I use it for sour cream coffee cakes, at Christmas time. It’s easy to decorate with cinnamon bun frosting and decorates sugars.
