Use & Care
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular
cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

Perfect for having a special Grammy and three grands birthday party in May! Made each cake a different flavor (lemon blueberry, caramel apple pecan, coffee toffee walnut, and strawberry) and they came out yummy and very cute.

I’ve used it twice and both times the carrot cakes have stuck despite oil then flour. What to do? The first time after, I used an oiled small spatula to go around edges and a metal skewer for the center snd only one was partially left in the pan.. The second time I tried leaving overnight and letting gravity do the work.. No change. So I used the first method with warmed spatula then oiled l and still one had some left in pan.

Hi, we are sorry to hear about your experience. We recommend prepping the pan with baking spray with flour in it, if you have access to that. If not, prep the pan with Crisco or softened butter using a pastry brush. Then dust the pan with flour or cocoa powder. Do not use cooking spray. Once the cake is done baking, cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a cooling rack. You can loosen the edge of the cake using a silicone spatula. i would have loved this pan much more if Nordicware has included recipes for this size pan or provided a conversion chart for its existing recipes or box cake mixes But i will have to figure it out myself

I love these mini bundt cake pans. The cakes are the perfect size for gifts or even if you want to make different flavor cakes in one baking. Also enables me to freeze them so that we don’t have a full size bundt cake to eat while it is still fresh

I own several Nordic Ware Bundt pans, and this new one is fantastic. As always, the cakes fall right out after cooling slightly. The cakes are a great size to share and still have a little at home! Will be using this pan often!

I used this pan yesterday for the first using my Cream Cheese pound cake recipe. I sprayed the pans with baking spray with flour added and I was thrilled with how easily the cakes came out after they were done. My family enjoys the crust part of a pound cake and using this pan gives them more of the crusts. I visit widows from my church and I took two of these cakes to two of the ladies and it is the perfect size to share. Great product!

I purchased this pan online and I love it…I do wish the cakes were just a tad bigger as my batter recipe wasn’t enough for a whole extra cake so I filled them all and they puffed right up over the center tube but they turned out so cute!!! I will say the detail on these cakes will likely show better on lighter batters – I made a chocolate fudge batter and the details were a bit lost in the dark cake. Cleaning the fine grooves is about the only downside – I used a soft bristle toothbrush to get it all out – but it worked! One suggestion for Nordicware – perhaps a little hole on the rim of these in future – they could be hung on the wall as decoration when not being used for baking as they are quite beautiful!

Absolutely love the pan and it makes a perfectly sized compliment to the original Bundt Quartet that featured the Heart, Star, Roud Bavarian, and the original Bundt design. The exciting thing is with using this or both pans you can create 4 or 8 designs in less time than in several individual pans. The Bundt Quartet is ideal for bake sales.
