Use & Care
- Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
- Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
- Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
- Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

Adorable pan. The capacity is only 3 cups, so if the recipe is meant to go into an 8×8 or 9×9 square pan or an 8 inch round, you’ll only fit half into this pan, but it is lovely nonetheless and the tiny cakes are just so cute. I bought this pan on a whim but I find myself constantly finding excuses to use it. I love having it as part of my Nordic Ware pan collection.

The form is the usual high quality. The size is perfect for a impressive plate but also the right size for children or anyone who wants a smaller dessert. It cleans very easily, therefore a large recipe can make batches of these or the recipe can be sized to for 1 batch. I made coconut minis with lemon icing for a grill party. After the oohs and aahs, they were quickly snatched up.
