1. Before initial use, wash with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly.
2. Top rack dishwasher safe.
1. Open dumpling maker and lay wonton or dough across both halves of press.
2.Spoon ﬁlling inside, no more than 2 Tbsp.
3. Brush edges of wonton with water or egg, then fold both halves together to seal.
4. Trim excess dough if desired.”
