I received this as a present for Christmas and I wasn't disappointed. I've used this about 5-6 times in 2 days, as the simple shape makes for a very good looking cake, with some decoration its a show stopper! I'll be looking for more of the Nordic Ware pans here in the UK.

I love the Nordicware Bundt pan I've had for decades. Just bought one for my mom and she can't wait to use it. Cakes always turn out perfect - beautiful shape and slide out of the pan without a hitch. Just the right shape to pop onto a pretty serving plate and take to a meeting or party. A ton of good recipes out there and easy to adapt old layer cale recipes as well. The nonstick surface makes clean-up quick and easy. Appreciate the great product and great service. Thanks Nordicware!

I used this pan to make my first bundt cake and it was great to use! I put butter and then flour in the pan and the cake just came right out. Very easy to clean. Well made.

I wanted the original bundt shape and size with the best quality available, and this is it. Since I sell baked goods to others at work, I wanted the classic look, rather than specialty shapes, and this one is perfect. Your customer service recommended letting the cake sit in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it to cool. That's what I always do, and it slips out easily without any sticking.

So what is Nordic Ware’s recommended cooling time?

I have the original bundt pan from my mother, at least 50 years old. I cooked perfect cakes in it for 15 years. Then about 5 years ago my cakes started sticking and I haven’t baked a good cake since. After reading on your site, I realize I’ve made mistakes in care. I used the dishwasher and baking spray at times. This week I cleaned the pan trying to remove any invisible residue. Same result - stuck cake. However, I only cooled it in pan for 10 minutes.

Is it possible that I have worn out the pan?

    Thanks

I am having the same problem.  My 7Up Cake sticks.  I have tried both products and still have no luck.  Any suggestions??

The Good news is I think we can get your Pan to function perfectly !

It sounds as though there may be a residue on your pan - It may be pretty much invisible.
You will need to remove this. Fortunately it will come off and the pan will perform all over again smile

Cooking spray is the most common cause.
If you are using a pound cake recipe repeatedly you may also experience some sticking as they have a higher sugar content.
Over time an invisible residue can build up and start causing the cakes to stick.
The “Power Dissolver” “Platinum Erase Foam” will correct this also.

Please note the greasing recommendations (“BAKING” spray) and cooling instructions (10 min only)
These are the most common causes of sticking and cleaning difficulties.

Bundt pans are known for their release and ease of cleaning.
If you are still unable to get the pan to perform successfully please let us know.
