The cake was moist and delicious! If making in cakelette pan: spoon in batter to fill 1/4-1/3 of each cakelette, divide streusel between each cup (I used 2 Table spoons/cakelette) and then cover with batter. Fill each cup only 85% or so. I had enough batter that I could have made a second batch of 6 cakelettes, but would’ve needed more streusel (I made a small bundt cake with it.)
