Heat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease and flour pan; set aside. In large bowl, blend all ingredients on low speed, scraping bowl often. Beat on high speed for 3 minutes. Pour batter into prepared pan, filling wells ¾ full; set aside remaining batter. Bake 22-25 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove from oven; cool 10 minutes in pan. Invert cakes onto cooling rack and cool completely. Wash, dry and prepare pan. Repeat procedure with remaining batter. Frost and decorate as desired. To serve, fill animal mouths with ice cream, frosting, candy or fruit. Makes about 10 cakeletes.
