  • Ingredients
    • 4 eggs, separated
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1/ 2 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1/ 2 teaspoon salt
    • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
    • 1 cup milk
  • Directions

      Beat egg yolks until light and fluffy.  Add vanilla and butter, mixing until combined. In separate bowl, mix together flour and salt.  Add to egg mixture, alternating with milk, until well combined. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter.

      Preheat Waffler on medium heat for two minutes on each side or preheat the two halves separately. Lightly spray or brush pan with vegetable oil. Pour about 1 cup of batter into Waffler and cook for about 1 minute. Flip Waffler and cook for another 2 minutes or until golden brown. Remove with a plastic spatula or fork. Serve with butter, syrup, chocolate sauce, or berries and cream.
