Cheddar Jalapeño Burgers

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and thinly sliced into rings
  • 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 4 butter lettuce leaves
  • 1 loaf garlic ciabatta, cut to fit burgers and split

Prep & Instructions

Form 4 burger patties. Grill burgers on one side; flip over and grill until almost to desired doneness. Top burgers with jalapeño slices and cheese and cover with Melting Dome until cheese is melted and burger is done. Meanwhile, brush insides of ciabatta with olive oil and grill, insides down, until golden brown. Serve burgers topped with lettuce and tomato.
