Use & Care
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand
wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is
not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and
dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray
containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular
cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more
than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners
should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

I have 3 of these pans and love them! I make them for our Lenten fish fries and they sell out immediately. I use the recipe that comes with the pans and everyone raves about them. I have been challenged to make them gluten-free. Have your test kitchen chefs tried to make the recipe gluten free?

Hi! Thank you for your review and glad you love this pan and recipe included. We have not tested this recipe to make it gluten-free, unfortunatley. You are welcome to try swapping out a Gluten-Free flour 1-to-1, but as always, gluten-free baking is not always that simple. Other adjustments may be necassary.
