Use & Care
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating.
3. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces. Nylon or silicone utensils are recommended.

Ability: IntermediateNordic Ware is fantastic and this item is no exception. Have only used this once and it worked out great for 'grilling' zucchini. Clean-up was a breeze! It's size is small enough to manage on the stove top and also fit in an overflowing kitchen cabinet. A+++

Ability: ExperiencedI have used this several times a week specially when I want to grill salmon steaks. They cook quickly and taste just as if I had cooked them on my outside grill but have been cooked on my stove. I have ben trying to find another one to give to a friend but have ben unable to find one I live on an Island in Washington state and it is difficult to find even in the big stores. I got lucky and found one in Walmart this past Christmas and it has been the best gift I could have given myself and my family. It works just as great with hamburgers, beef stakes and grill sandwiches. This grill has been a blessing in my kitchen.
