Use & Care
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating.
3. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces. Nylon or silicone utensils are recommended.

Ability: BeginnerI've owned a 365 Vertical Chicken Roaster for about 2 months. My husband loves roast chicken, yet, hadn't had it roasted "beer can style". We don't own a grill but it's not and issue. The roaster comes with a recipe and instructions for using the pan in the oven. Since purchasing this roaster I have made 5 whole roasting chickens. Following the instructions, each chicken has roasted perfectly. Also, the recipe provides several "can half-filled" options: beer, chicken broth or cola. We prefer chicken broth. This roaster provides the end result of the most succulent, tasty roast chicken we have ever had. I am planning a dinner for 8, and have returned to purchase 2 more of these roasters, so I can "oven beer can roast" 3 whole chickens at the same time. I am completely satisfied with this product.
